Madonna has reportedly told Britney Spears never to get married again. The 50-year-old singer - who recently announced she is divorcing Guy Ritchie after nearly eight years of marriage - has allegedly advised mother-of-two divorcee Britney not to walk down the aisle again. A source close to Madonna, who was joined on stage by Britney at a performance as part of her 'Sticky and Sweet' world tour earlier this month, told gossip website AbsoluteNow.com: "Britney asked Madonna if she will ever marry again after her split from Guy. Madonnot only said she wouldn't but told Britney to forget about marriage. She said it just doesn't work for girls like them. "Madonna clearly sees a lot of herself in Britney because she seems very eager to help her." Madonna and Britney - who has two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline, and was famously married to school friend Jason Alexander for 55 hours in 2004 before their union was annulled - have been friends since they appeared together at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2003, where they infamously shared a kiss on stage. Britney also collaborated with Madonna on her 2003 hit 'Me Against the Music'.

However, in early 1999, she was expelled for violating the school rules.[3] Hilton later earned her GED.[4][5] In December 2007, Hilton's grandfather Barron Hilton pledged 97 percent of his estate to a charitable organization founded by his father, the Conrad N. The major U.S. airlines have cut many fares for the U.S. Thanksgiving late next month and Christmas seasons. The airlines, in the midst of their worst year since at least 2005, may see the price-cutting as necessary in the face of a slumping economy that could cut into both leisure and business travel. Airfare experts say they typically don't see this kind of price-cutting until the last couple of weeks before big holidays. Northwest Airlines started the rush Tuesday night with a broad holiday fare sale, and most other major carriers matched the prices Wednesday, according to Rick Seaney, chief executive of the travel website FareCompare.com. "It's by far the most broad-based fare sale we've tracked in at least 18 months," Seaney said Thursday, "and this is the earliest I've ever seen one." Tom Parsons, chief executive of discount travel site Bestfares.com, said in many cases travellers can still find better deals by shopping around and considering alternate airports. "I've been looking for this sale for two or three weeks," Parsons said. "When I finally saw it, it was kind of a letdown." Parsons said the cuts ranged up to 25 per cent off the previous price for tickets that must be bought 21 or 30 days ahead of travel. He said travellers using secondary airports that typically have higher prices will get the biggest breaks. But there are cheaper fares available on routes where the big airlines compete with low-cost carriers such as Southwest, JetBlue and AirTran, he said. Some of the sale fares have blackout dates on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 - the Sunday and Monday after Thanksgiving - and Dec. 20. And there are only a handful of "super off-peak" days, as Northwest calls them. have drastically scaled back the scope of their search advertising deal, a person close to the discussions said on Monday, in a last-ditch effort to win U.S. antitrust approval.The move comes after Google appeared to be on the verge of walking away from the partnership, which was announced in June to foil Microsoft Corp's takeover attempt of Yahoo. The deal has since drawn scrutiny from U.S. regulators amid a growing chorus of criticism from advertisers.The two Internet companies have submitted a reworked proposal to the U.S. Department of Justice that shortens their partnership to just two years from 10 years, the source said.The revised deal also caps the percentage of search revenue that Yahoo can collect from Google at no more than 25 percent, and lets Google advertisers opt out of being placed on Yahoo, the source said. Yahoo spokeswoman Tracy Schmaler said in an emailed statement the company continues to work with the Justice Department and discussions are ongoing. Genesis' excellence is surprising, because usually a car company's first crack at a new segment is wanting. For instance, Toyota's 1993 T100 pickup, first try at an American-style pickup, was too small and lacked a V-8. Only now, a decade-and-a-half and two generations of truck later, has Toyota hit the mark with its ultra-beefy Tundra (just when the bad economy dried up pickup sales, alas). Genesis is Hyundai's first big sedan and its only U.S. rear-drive model, and it offers the automaker's first V-8. You can quibble with the timing — small cars and small engines are hot right now — but you can't argue much against the execution. Two Genesis test cars, a well-furnished V-8 and a lower-level V-6, were so right that it's hard to find gripes. Hard, not impossible — though some beefs are pretty minor. Front seat didn't go back far enough for some taller drivers.
